How should I store my SAMBAZON Açaí products?

Our Açaí Superfruit Packs and Frozen Sorbets must be kept frozen at all times. Our shelf-stable Açaí juice and energy drinks should be refrigerated after opening and consumed within 7 to 10 days.

How do you ship frozen items to ensure they don't melt?

We ship our frozen products in insulated coolers with dry ice. This ensures your Açaí stays frozen throughout the transit process. We recommend unpacking and placing them in your freezer immediately upon delivery.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen and liquid products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
